The Mumbai Obstetrics and Gynaecological Society (MOGS) is the oldest professional organization of obstetricians and gynecologists in India. It is recognized for its members’ high achievement in terms of practice, academic, professional statesman-ship and social service. The society is also one of the best professional organizations. The Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) is the professional organization representing practitioners of obstetrics and gynecology in India. FOGSI is probably one of the largest membership based organizations of specialized professionals.
